The world of hard work has never discriminated between genders, it operates on the simple rule of ‘the harder you work, the farther you get. A reality that cannot be denied is the extra effort that a woman has to put in for the same growth. Around the globe and especially in a country like India, giving your 100% from the work viewpoint is not enough for a woman. But should this slow down her growth? NEVER!. Juggling between responsibilities of home and work is very normal for women in today’s time. Women have not just made this difficult task look so easy but have surpassed it with showing even greater dedication.
Time and again a woman's power of mental stability during a crisis has surprised the world. LightLink Solutions is fortunate enough to see nothing different, our women have played a substantial role in the company’s progress. Their dedication has not just inspired us but also made us proud as a company.
Our beloved HR manager Ms. Kinnari Trivedi is the living example of it. From her regular attendance to work while supporting her father in his battle against cancer to joining work very soon after her father’s demise is something only a strong woman like her can do. She proved herself as a good team member and even a better daughter. Keeping her calm and professionalism so intact in such a time is the true sign of women empowerment.
Just as important as being a daughter, a vital role that a woman plays is being a mother. Women perform that responsibility with all their heart while keeping their career goals in mind. The optimal utilisation of all their capabilities of managing pregnancy and then a child with work is a case study in itself. People complain about managing just a few employees at work when women manage work and home with such ease and elegance.
Mrs. Priyanka Radadiya, our marketing head has left our jaws hanging when it comes to the true meaning of multi-tasking. She was actively in-touch with her team members, a day before her child's birth. The level of dedication that she has shown to her work is astonishing.
The dedication of a woman is unmatched.
A man works for money and dreams,
but a woman fights all the odds just to work.
Keeping genders aside, these women have set the bar for dedication so high for all the team members. Every company should have such dedicated team members and every family should have such women that can nourish work and personal life to its fullest. We hope that the disparity of efforts in the workplace for women vanishes as quickly as Monday comes after the weekend, but till then women like Kinnari and Priyanka will keep everyone motivated. We are proud of you and we are lucky to have gems like you.
